Upon a time there was a helmet.
Upon a time there was a helmet.
Upon a time there was a helmet and a sword.
Upon a time there was a scary monster.
Upon a time there was a scary guy.
Upon a time the monster was going to get mommy with his sword.
The mommy, while protecting herself from the sword, thought . . .
. . . if only an empty container and a ruler could bring out the imagination in all of us!

Oh Larae, That is just so precious! Ben is getting to be such a BOY. I love it. I love to see their little minds explode with possibilities and excitement with the smallest of boring household items. Wonderful.
I love it! Don't turn your back on that monster...
I love his sword and helmet! SO cute!
Love the pictures:) I can hear the story in his little voice. You really caught all of his cute expressions! Too cute:)
Were the pictures taken one after another or was he posing? He is so cute and animated!
Ben was telling the story while I took the pictures - so, he wasn't really posing.
What a great story and the expressions to go with it! I'll bet he's going to be a great writer like his mom.
That was so scary, Ben! My heart is still racing.
Hmmm, makes me wonder why he thinks he needs to "get" the mommy...
