Eatin' O' the Green

With St. Patty's Day being the first day of spring break, the kids weren't particularly concerned about wearing a lot of green (since they weren't around a whole lot of friends who would pinch them) - but we did make sure to eat a little green to make up for it!

Isn't this green milk just so appetizing? Madi had to turn hers into chocolate green milk before she could drink it.

Love that green milk mustache!

Madi pours the lovely green waffle batter

Ben's waffles ended up on the floor. Guess the green just wasn't for him!

We decorated & delivered green shamrock cookies to some of our friends.

Have a fun spring break! A couple of years ago I dyed our milk green and I ended up throwing the whole gallon away because no one would drink it!

I couldn't get past the waffles. I haven't had any for years. I want some really bad now. I'll eat them in any color.

Wow you are such a good mom, I just don't have the energy for some reason to do fun stuff like this. Wait when is St patricks day anyhow?????
