This Little Angel

This little angel knows how to open doors.

This little angel opens the pantry door & takes things out at whirlwind speed, knowing his efforts will be thwarted at any moment by "the mama".

This little angel hides (quietly) when he knows you are looking for him.

This little angel is enamored with writing utensils & will write on anything available - the wall, the furniture, his legs.

This little angel is fascinated with the water in the toilet, and has a sixth sense when it comes to finding an unprotected toilet. When such a toilet is found, he sprints like an Olympic athlete to the toilet & swirls his hand in the water, knowing that at any moment his joy will be curbed by "the mama". (In fact, he was just caught, at this very moment, taking his sippie cup for a swim in the toilet - thankfully the toilet was just cleaned!)

He can clear his highchair tray faster than "the mama" can say "stop doing that right now!" Today he is experimenting with throwing his food & has discovered that he can chuck his grapes & turkey half way across the kitchen table. Maybe baseball is in his future.

This little angel says "sponge bob" - who taught him that - Lacey? Katie?

This little angel climbs up to the computer keyboard & types away - everybody else uses the computer, right?

This little angel opens every cabinet and then proceeds to empty them like a thief trying not to get caught, again, knowing his work will soon be undone by "the mama".

This little angel kicks his legs - hard - and laughs while you try to change his diaper (we won't even talk about what he does with his hands!).

This little angel ensures that you get your daily workout while trying to dress him.

This little angel is drawn to anything with a handle - the broom, a bat, the toilet brush, a plunger, the mop - and finds jubilant satisfaction in hitting the closest family member with such objects. Watch out unsuspecting souls!

This little angel can unravel a roll of toilet paper or pull baby wipes out of the dispenser faster than a rodeo cowboy can rope a calf.

This little angel climbed out of his crib - for the first time - TODAY!

Sometimes I wonder if this little angel just might be a little bit of devil, just maybe . . . maybe not . . .

Oh what an angel!!

"What an angel" is right! So, so cute! I just want to reach through the computer and pinch his little chubby cheeks! Every time you do a "Ben" post, I miss my little Zac. You know, the Zac who loved "the mama" and did everything he was supposed to do - where did that Zac go?

18 months...such a fun age...I am sad to think they are still loving the toilet at this age. Nicolette is completely fascinated with the toilet and swimming things in it..ex, markers, hands, toys. So fun! He is an angel that cute boy. I am with Judy and would love to pinch those cheeks!

Is this not the most beautiful boy you have ever seen?! You are not prejudiced when you say he is beautiful, because he truly is! However, beautiful boys do need to be aware of "The Mama"!

I don't know how in the world Micalanne and Lesli did TWO "angels" at the same time!!! Oh my gosh that would be so rough! My little angel loves loves any high surface she can jump from! Oh she is a scary one.
