What do you give a great teacher?

In my post earlier, I told you about the fantastic teachers my children have had for the past 3 years. We wanted to give them a meaningful, end-of-year gift since the girls will be moving on to new teachers next year. The girls ended up creating these wooden trays by putting mod podge over photos with their teachers & classmates from the past 3 years. They also included quotes & words that they thought described their teachers in some way. Madi & Katie did these almost entirely on their own (I helped Katie a TINY bit), and I think they turned out great!

These are both excellent and a fun idea. I was able to click on the picture and see them close up. Good job girls!

This was a nice way to end a successful school year. I'm sure the teacher's appreciated the girl's efforts and the gifts.
